  • Bipp Inc. ("Bipp"), incorporated in the United States, registered address 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware 19808-1674 — operates the payment gateway used to process payments across the Website.

In these Terms, "Company", "we", "our", or "us" means the Digitible group entity that contracts with you based on your location, as set out above.

  • Once purchased, a Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law or if defective.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including under applicable consumer protection laws in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or your country of residence. Where you purchase digital content that is delivered immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Customers in the United States, Europe, and all other regions. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If you are a consumer, the above does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer rights, or of the right to bring proceedings, that you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
