In this policy, "we", "us", or "our" means the Digitible group entity that contracts with you based on your location, as set out above. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Scope of this Policy

This policy relates to digital gift cards and other digital goods purchased via our Website. As set out in our Terms of Service, all Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or due to a defect.

3. No-Refund for Digital Goods

All purchases of digital gift cards (e.g., Steam, Valorant, Roblox, and others) are final and non-refundable once delivered.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for digital gift cards except in the event of an error on our part or where required by law.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a gift card that is defective, invalid, or not as described:

  • Contact us promptly via [email protected], with your order number, purchase date, and details of the issue.
  • We will review your request and may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund if we confirm the defect or error lies with us.

5. Limited Right to Cancel

Because digital gift cards are delivered instantly and become usable at the time of delivery, the right to cancel afforded for physical goods under consumer law is limited. Once your card is delivered and activated, we cannot permit a refund or cancellation.

Where you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal, you acknowledge and agree that, by requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you consent to delivery beginning at once and you lose any such right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy affects mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

6. How to Submit a Request

To request a remedy under the Defective or Incorrect Items section:

  • Provide your contact information, order reference, date of purchase, and details of the issue (with supporting evidence if possible).

If a refund is approved, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed through Bipp's payment gateway, or, for customers in India, through Digitible India.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will apply to purchases made after the "Effective Date".
