Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 7th June, 2026

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how the Digitible group of companies collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit or use athenagaming.gg and our related services (the "Website" or "Services").

By accessing and using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy and, where required by law, on the legal bases set out in Section 3.

1. Who We Are (The Companies Responsible for Your Data)

The Website and Services are operated by the Digitible group, which consists of the following companies:

  • Digitible Pte. Ltd. ("Digitible Singapore") — our holding company, incorporated in Singapore. Registered address: 20 Bendemeer Road, #03-12, BS Bendemeer Centre, Singapore. Digitible Singapore is the data controller for customers and creators located in the United States, Europe, and all other regions outside India.
  • Digitible Private Limited ("Digitible India") — our subsidiary incorporated in India and a subsidiary of Digitible Singapore. Registered address: 4th Floor, 91 Springboard, No. 21, ITPL Main Road, Trifecta Adatto, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bangalore, Karnataka, India 560048. Digitible India is the data controller for customers and creators located in India.
  • Bipp Inc. ("Bipp") — our subsidiary incorporated in the United States. Registered address: 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware 19808-1674. Bipp operates the payment gateway used to process payments across the Services. Bipp processes payment information on behalf of the relevant Digitible group controller and is not itself a regional controller of your account data.

In this Policy, "Company", "we", "our", or "us" refers to the Digitible group entity that acts as the data controller for your personal information, as described above. Where more than one entity is involved in handling your data — for example, when Bipp processes your payment on behalf of a controller — those entities act as joint or independent controllers as appropriate.

If you are not sure which entity is responsible for your data, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will direct your request to the correct entity.

2. Information We Collect

We collect both personal information (information that can identify you) and non-personal information (information that cannot identify you directly) when you use our Website.

Personal Information:

  • Account Information. When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Payment Information. When you make a purchase, we may collect payment method details and transaction history. For customers in India, payment information is collected by Digitible India and transferred to Digitible Singapore. For customers in the United States, Europe, and other regions, payment information is processed through Bipp's payment gateway. In all cases, card and bank details are handled by our third-party payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Purchase Information. Product selections, billing address, and order and transaction history.
  • Communication Information. If you contact us via email, chat, or other channels, we may collect your contact details and the contents of your correspondence.
  • Creator and Influencer Information. If you are a creator or influencer who partners with us, we may collect your name, contact details, payout and bank details, tax identifiers where required for reporting, and your contract and payment records.

Non-Personal Information (Usage Data):

  • IP address
  • Device type (mobile, desktop)
  • Browser type
  • Pages visited on the Website
  • Time spent on the Website
  • Referral source
  • Cookies (as detailed in Section 6)

3. How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process transactions — process payments and deliver purchased gift cards.
  • Provide customer support — respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with account requests.
  • Manage creator and influencer relationships — administer agreements, process payouts, and meet tax and reporting obligations.
  • Improve our Website — analyze trends, track usage, and enhance functionality.
  • Market and communicate — send promotional emails, newsletters, and marketing communications, where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law.
  • Comply with legal obligations — meet legal, regulatory, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements.

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Performance of a contract — to create your account, process your orders, and deliver gift cards.
  • Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Services and prevent fraud, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information as follows:

  • Within the Digitible group. We share personal information among Digitible Singapore, Digitible India, and Bipp where necessary to operate the Services — for example, so that payment information collected from customers in India by Digitible India can be transferred to Digitible Singapore, so that Bipp can process payments for other regions, or so the relevant controller can manage your account or creator payouts.
  • Payment processors. Payments are processed by Bipp through trusted third-party payment processors solely to complete your transactions.
  • Service providers. For hosting, analytics, and customer support.
  • Legal compliance. To comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

These recipients are obligated to keep your information secure and to use it only for the specified purposes.

5. International Data Transfers

Because we operate across India, Singapore, and the United States, and serve customers in Europe and other regions, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own — including India, Singapore, and the United States. For example, payment information collected from customers in India by Digitible India is transferred to Digitible Singapore, and payments for other regions are processed by Bipp in the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your home country.

Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country that has not been formally recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and intra-group data transfer agreements between our entities. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us at the address in Section 13.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and tracking technologies (web beacons, pixels, and similar) to enhance your experience. Cookies help us remember login credentials, track activity for personalized content, and analyze site traffic and behavior.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may limit functionality. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA and UK), we request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention of Your Information

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

9. Your Rights and Choices

9.1 All Users
You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data, request deletion (subject to legal obligations), unsubscribe from marketing emails, and manage cookies through your browser settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9.2 EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9.3 United States (including California)
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9.4 India (DPDP Act)
If you are located in India, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another individual to exercise your rights. You may contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected].

10. Children's Privacy

The Website involves payments and is intended for users who can lawfully enter into a transaction. You may use the Services only if you are the age of majority in your place of residence, or if a parent or legal guardian completes the transaction on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age set by the law that applies to them — for example, age 13 in the United States, and the applicable digital-consent age in the EEA (which member states set between 13 and 16, defaulting to 16). Where a higher age applies, we apply that age. If we inadvertently collect such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

11. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from our Website. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
